AirHelp is a company founded in 2013 in response to the growing levels of complaints by travelers about the airlines. The company provides actionable legal advice, advice on how to take part in the airline's complaints resolution process, and tools for travelers to monitor the airlines.

AirHelp is a part of the Association of Passenger Rights Advocates whose mission is to promote and protect passengers' rights. The organization has been established to improve the passenger experience and, through education, legislation and awareness, to make the skies safer.

AirHelp provides an online platform for passengers to easily report incidents of unfair treatment from airlines, ground handlers, or other travel companies. You can share your experience and they will contact the airline or company, who will then respond to the complaint.
