Owner and Founder, Claudia McMullin is a “reformed lawyer,” in her own words. She moved to the small town of Park City, Utah after leaving the bustle of the east coast when looking for a change of pace. When a concession popped up for a local #coffee shop inside the Park City Visitor’s Center, Claudia made another jump and purchased the #shop. Which led her down the path of hunting for a quality coffee #roaster to supply the shop. When she couldn’t find one that fit her needs, she decided to roast her own.
